Is a Senior Consultant at the Porter Development Initiative, where she supports territorial competitiveness, institutional design, and sustainable development strategies across Latin America. With over 20 years of experience, Lina specializes in facilitating multi-stakeholder agreements and leading public-private initiatives that promote climate resilience, inclusive growth, and regional transformation. Her work at PDI draws on deep expertise in value chain strengthening, cluster development, and governance innovation.
Prior to joining PDI, Lina served as Executive Director of Diálogos Improbables and Co-founder of Bitácora & Territorio SAS, where she led more than 70 development projects involving governments, the private sector, and communities. She has worked with major donors including USAID, the Inter-American Development Bank, the EU Delegation to Colombia, the Swiss Embassy, and the Ford Foundation. Lina also advised the Colombian Government during the Peace Accord negotiations, helping design Territorial Development Plans (PDET) and rural institutional frameworks. She holds a Master’s in Development Practice from the University of Los Andes, along with a specialization in fundraising for international cooperation.
