Is a Consultant at the Porter Development Initiative, where he contributes to strategy design and implementation with a focus on circular economy, sustainability, and inclusive development. At PDI, Daniel supports projects at the intersection of environmental policy and economic growth, bringing a systems-thinking approach to complex development challenges.
Daniel holds degrees in Civil Engineering and Business Administration from Universidad de los Andes. He has supported the design of national circular economy strategies, including contributions to the update of Panama’s National Solid Waste Management Plan. In parallel with his consulting work, Daniel has served as a teaching assistant for both undergraduate and graduate programs at the Universidad de los Andes School of Management, mentoring students from across Colombia in public administration and development practice.
