Luciana Pagani

Principal Associate

Luciana Pagani holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de San Andrés (Argentina), a diploma in Science, Technology and Innovation Strategies from Harvard Executive Education (USA), a postgraduate degree in Digital Business from Emeritus School of Management in collaboration with MIT and Columbia (USA), and an MBA from Babson College (USA).

She has served as Senior Consultant at Arthur D. Little and as Strategy Director for Latin America at FutureBrand. In the public sector, she was a Board Member of Argentina’s National Investment Development Agency with the rank of Undersecretary of State, and has advised senior government officials, NGOs, and think tanks across Latin America.

Active in civil society, she has been a speaker and consultant for IDEA, a keynote speaker and Advisory Council Member of ACDE’s Annual Meeting, a mentor at Endeavor, an active member of Marianne Argentina, and a Steering Committee member of Constituya.

Currently, she is a Board Member and Professor of Strategy and Competitiveness at Universidad de San Andrés. Since 2004, she has been an active member of Harvard’s global Microeconomics of Competitiveness network, co-founded Boosteller, a business transformation firm, and has increasingly engaged with the investment community, incubating and creating new digital ventures.
