Nordic Countries & Baltic Sea Region

We produced annual reports on the globalization readiness of the Nordic countries, presenting them directly to the Prime Ministers at their annual retreat. PDI also prepared annual competitiveness reports for the Baltic Sea Region, which were delivered to government and business leaders during the Baltic Development Forum Summit. This work not only benchmarked economic performance but also motivated the creation of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region—the European Union’s first macroregional strategy—adopted in 2009 to foster collaboration, innovation, and sustainable growth across the region.
