We partnered with Turkcell and the Turkish government to deliver a rigorous, evidence-based assessment of Turkey’s national competitiveness. Drawing on both macroeconomic indicators and regional development data, our findings identified critical bottlenecks and untapped opportunities across sectors. These insights were presented to a wide audience of political and business leaders, sparking high-level discussions on reform priorities. The recommendations played a pivotal role in shaping regional development policies and informed national strategies for upgrading productivity, fostering innovation, and expanding Turkey’s presence in global markets.
