Latvia

Following the severe Baltic financial crisis, we were invited to serve on the Prime Minister’s Advisory Council to help guide Latvia’s economic recovery. In 2011, working in partnership with the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, we conducted a national competitiveness analysis that assessed the country’s structural strengths and weaknesses. The resulting Latvia Competitiveness Report provided a clear blueprint for economic reform, institutional strengthening, and long-term capacity building.
