Following the severe Baltic financial crisis, we were invited to serve on the Prime Minister’s Advisory Council to help guide Latvia’s economic recovery. The resulting Latvia Competitiveness Report provided a clear blueprint for economic reform, institutional strengthening, and long-term capacity building.
