Defining Mongolia’s National Value Proposition for Growth

Mongolia – Competitiveness and Economic Development
Competitiveness and economic development
Mongolia

Commissioned by the World Bank, we carried out a comprehensive competitiveness assessment of Mongolia. Through extensive consultations with government officials, industry leaders, and civil society stakeholders, we identified both the challenges constraining growth and the opportunities for strategic advancement. We developed a national strategy proposal and articulated a clear National Value Proposition, which was presented to the Deputy Prime Minister and other high-level officials. This process built consensus around the need for a structured competitiveness improvement program to unlock the country’s economic potential.
