The State of Atlantico and its capital, Barranquilla, are among the most vibrant places on the Colombian Caribbean Coast. Building on our success with the State of Santander, we continued helping Colombian regions to facilitate the establishment of their regional competitiveness council. Our work consisted of evaluating the competitiveness positioning of the region, formulating an action plan for improving the overall business environment and developing the institutional and governance frameworks for the council to operate.
