Colombia

The State of Atlántico and its capital, Barranquilla, are among the most vibrant areas on Colombia’s Caribbean Coast. Building on our success in the State of Santander, we continued supporting Colombian regions in establishing their Regional Competitiveness Councils. Our work involved evaluating the region’s competitiveness positioning, formulating an action plan to enhance the overall business environment, and developing the institutional and governance frameworks necessary for the council’s effective operation.
