Our work focused on designing a new institutional structure for El Salvador’s coffee industry. We conducted a competitiveness assessment of the sector and proposed sustainable, institutionally grounded solutions in areas such as planning, information systems, inter-institutional coordination, agricultural extension services, research, and marketing.

We developed a comprehensive proposal for institutional restructuring, which was presented to the Minister of Agriculture. The proposal included a long-term vision tailored to the sector’s evolving challenges.
