Using Professor Michael E. Porter’s Shared Value Framework, we worked alongside Yara’s leadership team to review the progress of the Southern Agricultural Corridor of Tanzania (SAGCOT) initiative. Officially launched in May 2010, this public-private effort aimed to drive agricultural development in Tanzania’s rural regions and successfully mobilized over $3.4 billion in investments.
