Jorge Sanint

Jorge Sanint Bernadas is an international consultant with extensive experience in competitiveness, strategy, leadership, and organizational change. He has led sustainable transformation processes in public and private organizations, aligning economic development with social purpose. As Colombia’s Director of Competitiveness, he implemented the National Competitiveness Policy and promoted the strengthening of clusters, coordinating public–private efforts at national and regional levels. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the design and implementation of cluster initiatives and Shared Value strategies.

He is currently the founder and director of the Center for Competitiveness, Strategy, and Leadership (CCEL) in Guadalajara, Mexico, from where he drives strategic direction processes, regional development, and the creation of Shared Value.

His academic background includes a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes, an MBA, and postgraduate studies in Philosophy in Barcelona. His executive education includes programs in Leadership at Harvard, Systems Transformation at MIT, and Clusters for Innovation at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Chile.
