Porter’s Shared Value Framework we accompanied Yara’s leadership team in reviewing the progress of the Southern Agricultural Corridor of Tanzania (SAGCOT) initiative, formally initiated in May 2010, to enhance agricultural development in Tanzanian Rural Regions in a public-private effort that mobilized more than $3.4billion in investments.
