Tracing its origins to the halls of Harvard Business School, and foundational work at the Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness at HBS, the Porter Development Initiative (PDI) emerged from the strategic vision of Professor Michael E. Porter to help countries achieve higher levels of prosperity, especially those that are least developed.
Since its founding, PDI continues to refine its approaches to competitiveness strategy and shared value creation, drawing from a wealth of knowledge and diverse experiences across industries and regions.
